Moreover, soybeans are very beneficial for health. So, it is a great option to have something healthy and tasty for breakfast. So let’s get to know the recipe of this soybean cutlet.
The ingredients required to make Soybean Cutlets are as follows
• Soybeans – 2 bowls (soaked)
• Potato – 1 boiled
• Bread crumbs – 1 bowl
• Onion – half a bowl chopped
• Ginger-garlic paste
• Half a teaspoon of turmeric
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped green chillies
• Oil
• Gram flour 3-4 tbsp
Following is the correct method of making soybean cutlets
• First of all, smash the boiled potatoes well and cover them in a bowl.
• After that, put the soaked soybeans in a mixer and grind them finely.
• Now add this ground soybean mixture to the potato and smash it well.
• Now add ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric, green chillies and onion to this mixture.
• Mix this mixture well. Then add gram flour and mix well.
• Make round or any shape cutlets from this mixture.
• Now heat the kadai or pan on the other side. After that, add oil to it.
• Now dip the soya bean cutlets in bread crumbs and then deep fry them in hot oil.
• Fry the cutlets until golden. Then, serve hot.
• Eat with tomato sauce or green chutney.
