Google claims that this model is smarter than Bard.
Google’s Gemini AI: is expected to be the most powerful AI ever built. It will have sophisticated multimodal capabilities, master human-style conversations, language, and content, understand and interpret images, code prolifically and effectively, drive data and analytics, and be used by developers to create new AI apps and APIs.
Ever since the launch of ChatGPT, AI is being discussed all over the world. Many big companies have launched their AI models. Now Google has also jumped into this race. Google has launched its advanced artificial intelligence model ‘Gemini AI’.
Google claims that this model is smarter than Bard. Sundar Pichai, CEO of the company, said that this model is inspired by human interaction. That is, this AI model has been developed by looking at the way humans interact with each other.
DeepMind and Google Research Team have jointly created this AI. Gemini can handle all kinds of tasks like text, image, audio and coding. This AI will be available in three sizes. The ‘Ultra’ version is meant to perform complex and intricate tasks. The ‘Pro’ version is meant to be multi-tasking. Whereas the ‘Nano’ version is going to be for on-device work.
Will be available in Bard
Google Assistant and Bard Vice President Sissy Hsiao said that Gemini AI will be launched in Bard in two phases. From December 6, Bard will be powered by a special version of Gemini Pro. This will make Bard the chatbot more capable of understanding, summarizing, reasoning, coding and planning.
Gemini AI Ultra version will be supported in Google Bard from New Year. With its multimodel reasoning capabilities, Gemini Ultra can understand high-quality code in the world’s most popular coding languages, interpret that code, and generate new code.
Available in 170 countries
Gemini Pro version in Bard will initially support text based prompts. After this it will get multimodel support. This new AI will be available in more than 170 countries. Initially, it will be available only in English, but other languages will be supported in the near future, Google explained.
