There is a big news about Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the largest IT company in the country. According to a Money Control report, TCS has hired more than 10,000 freshers. The IT company has increased hiring as demand is expected to improve this financial year.

TCS had announced last month that it has started new recruitment through the National Qualifier Test (NQT), for which the last date to apply was April 10.

10 thousand freshers have been given jobs from many top engineering colleges. This appointment is for Ninja, Digital and Prime. An annual package was offered for Rs 3.36 lakh in the Ninja category, Rs 7 lakh in Digital and Rs 9-11.5 lakh for Prime.

He also said that the company is looking for students who, according to the placement officers, do not need much training. In this regard, V Samuel Rajkumar, Director, Career Development Center, Vellore Institute of Technology, said that considering the current situation, this is a good step.

All good college students will get placement in Tata Consultancy Services. 963 of our students have received offer letter out of which 103 are from prime category.

SASTRA University Vice-Chancellor S Vaidyasubramaniam says more than 2,000 offer letters have been received from 1,300 students of our college. This means that each student received an average of more than one offer.

TCS CEO and MD Krithivasan said that TCS had also earlier said that it plans to hire 40,000 freshers in FY 2024. Of course this time the placement is delayed but they hope to get good candidates.
