• 2 cups wheat flour

• 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, cabbage, capsicum)

• Half a teaspoon of red chillies

• Half teaspoon garam masala

• Water (as needed)

• ghee or oil

• Salt to taste

The easy way to make Mix Veg Paratha is as follows:

• First of all finely chop carrot, peas, cabbage and capsicum in a bowl.

• Now mix wheat flour, salt, chillies, garam masala, 1 tsp oil and mixed vegetables in a parati.

• Now mix all this mixture with water and knead the dough well.

• Now heat a pan on the gas and make dough balls on the other side.

• Now when the tawa or pan is hot, roll the parathas and fry them using ghee or oil.

• Apply oil or ghee on both sides of the paratha and fry until golden on both sides.

• Then, serve the paratha hot with mint chutney, tomato sauce or pickles.
