iPhone New Feature

A major update has arrived that will change your experience of using iPhone. Apple has recently released the beta version of iOS 18.1 to select users. The most attractive and useful feature in this update is ‘Call Recording and Transcription’.

iPhone Call Recording: Now call recording and Transcription is possible on iPhone too

With this feature, you can now record important calls from your phone and get their transcripts as well. Now you don’t have to worry about taking notes of important points in meetings, interviews or any personal conversation. According to you, this feature can take your iPhone to a new level.

How does call recording work?

Recording a call is very easy. Tap the record button that appears in the top left corner of the screen while calling or after picking up. Once the recording starts, all participants in the call will receive a notification that the call is being recorded. This ensures that no one on the call is misunderstood.

Along with recording, your iPhone will also create a real time transcript of the call. That is, its written form will continue to be generated while the call is in progress. This transcript is available in several languages. So you can read this transcript in your convenient language.

Another feature of this feature is to create a summary of important points discussed in the call. This allows you to read a summary of the call and remember important points without having to listen to the entire recording.

Along with call recording and transcription, the phone app will get some more updates. Searching call history will now be easier. While typing the phone number, the app will automatically guess the number. Also, for those using more than one SIM during a call, there will also be a facility to easily change the SIM card.
