An organization called Statica has published a report (Statica Report). It says that Apple is spending the most on AI compared to other companies. Apple has used much of its wealth to buy AI companies. In the year 2023 alone, Apple bought more than 30 AI startup companies.

ChatGPT, a platform launched by OpenAI, has received more than 50 percent AI traffic. Giant companies like Google, Microsoft, Meta are trying to overcome this. Platforms like Microsoft’s Copilot (Microsogt Copilot), Google’s Gemini (Bard) are providing new features and offers. Apple has also jumped into this now.

How competitors doing?

Although Apple is a latecomer in the AI race, it can outpace others by buying more established companies. Along with this, Apple is also hiring in AI related departments. According to a report by Statica, Apple will buy 32 startup companies in 2023. During the same period, Google bought 21 startups, Meta 18 and Microsoft 17.
