The correct way to do Tadasana is as follows
• While practicing this yoga pose, first stand on the yoga mat in a straight line. Keep the fingers and toes of both your hands open.
• Now join both the hands in Namaskar posture and take it over the head. In this position, both your hands should pass by your ears.
• Now pull the fingers of both your hands and body upwards. Do not lift both your legs in this position but keep them still.
• Now your whole body will feel tension.
• Keep breathing along with this body stretch and stay in this position for a few seconds.
• Then, slowly bring both your hands down and return to the normal position.
