The ingredients required for making Anda Kurma are as follows
• 5 eggs
• Ginger slices
• Oil
• Turmeric – half a spoon
• Half a cup of milk
• Garam masala – 1 tsp
• 2-3 onions – finely chopped
• 3-4 green chillies (finely chopped)
• Garlic cloves (3-4)
• Cashews (4-5)
• Cardamom

• Salt to taste
The correct method of making egg kurma is as follows
• First, boil eggs in a cooker or a pan.
• After boiling the eggs, remove the shells.
• After that, add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cardamom and cashew nuts in a mixer bowl and grind it to a fine paste.
• Now heat the pan on gas and add oil in it.
• Now add onion, turmeric and salt to this hot oil and fry well.
• Now add chopped fennel, half a cup of milk to this mixture and saute the whole mixture well until the oil evaporates.
• After that, add some water to this mixture and cook this egg kurma on low flame.
• After this mixture boils a little, cut the eggs in half and add them to cook.
• After 15 to 20 minutes your egg kurma is ready.
• Now garnish this dish with coriander and eat it hot with chapati, roti or rice.
