India’s largest IT company Tata Consultancy Services has launched a new job recruitment, which will provide ample opportunities for engineering graduates. The demand for IT companies in the market has decreased so the recruitment has been stopped.

TCS has invited applications from 2024 B.Tech, BE, MCA, MSc and MS pass as well as Arts Commerce degree holders. That will be the salary
TCS is recruiting for three categories namely Ninja, Digital and Prime. Those selected in the Ninja category will get a package of Rs 3.36 lakh per annum. TCS offers Rs 7 lakh per annum in digital category and Rs 9-11.5 lakh per annum in prime category.
The company’s management had announced in January that it was starting the process of recruiting freshers for the financial year 2024-25. Company is now contacting organizations for recruitment.
TCS Chief HR Officer Milind Lakkad had said, ‘We have started our campus hiring for next year and freshers are very excited to join TCS.’
At that time, Lakkad did not give the exact information about how many employees are being recruited, but said that the company will be recruiting in large numbers. TCS had targeted to recruit 40,000 freshers in the financial year 2023-24.
TCS’s rival Infosys had said in January that it has no plans for campus recruitment at present. However, according to reports in February, the company had made some appointments.
The TCS company had announced in January that 1.5 lakh employees have been trained in various skill programmes. The company has now trained employees in GenAI.
With over 3,50,000 employees trained in core skills in GenAI, TCS has become one of the largest AI-trained companies in the world, an official statement said.
