The audience had high expectations from this film and now it seems that those expectations are being fulfilled. The film won the hearts of the audience on the very first day and has literally taken the box office by storm. This comedy horror movie has shocked everyone now. ‘Stree 2’ has earned crores at the box office on its first day. So this movie has become one of the bumper opening movies of this year. So this film has also broken the record of Gadar 2 and Tiger 3.

A paid preview of the film was shown on 14 August. The film had made 8 crores. Now the film has earned a bumper opening of 46 crores on the first day itself. Stree 2 not only surpassed the opening day earnings of ‘Fighter’ and ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ in advance bookings but also surpassed Salman’s ‘Tiger 3’. So far this year, the record for highest opening day grossers in Hindi was held by ‘Fighter’ and ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. Both of them earned 22.50 crores. Whereas ‘Stree 2’ earned more than this (23.36 crores) in advance bookings alone.
It was predicted that ‘Stree 2’ would have a strong opening, but no one thought that it would have such a big opening. ‘Stree 2’ has become the biggest opening film of 2024. So if we look at the total earnings of this film, it is around 54 crores 35 lakhs. These are initial figures. It is estimated that this film will cross 100 crores in the first four days.
