Samit Dravid to Play in T20 League: While former head coach of Team India Rahul Dravid is looking for a job, his son has been signed in Twenty20 League.

Rahul Dravid Son Summit play in T20 League: Rahul Dravid stepped down as head coach after the Twenty20 World Cup. After winning the World Cup, he jokingly told the reporters that I don’t have a job anymore, tell me if there is anything… Rahul Dravid could be seen as a franchise head coach or mentor in Indian Premier League 2025. But, which franchise he will work for is still suspense. Similarly Rahul’s son Samit Dravid has got his first contract of Twenty20 League.

Rahul Dravid’s son Samit Dravid has been picked up by Mysore Warriors in the Maharaja Trophy KSCS T20 League team in the auction. Warriors paid Rs 50,000 for Samit, a middle-order batsman and bowler. “We are happy to have Samit in our team as he has proved his mettle in various age-group competitions,” said a Warriors team official.

Samit represented the Karnataka Under-19 team in the Cooch Behar Cup and won the title. Apart from that he played for KSCA XI against Lancashire Club.

Warriors are last season’s runners-up and under the leadership of Karun Nair, they have roped in India’s famous fast bowler Krishna for this season for Rs 1 lakh. Nair has been retained by the franchise.
