In this, some documents of the Financial Intelligence Unit of Maldives and the Maldives Police Service were brought to light. From these documents, it was clear that Mohamed Muizzu’s hands were involved in corruption.
These are the reports of 2018. Irregularities have been detected in money transfer related to Mohamed Muizzu’s bank account. An attempt was made to conceal the source of the funds. Moreover, it has been said in the media website (mvrepublic.com) in Maldives that his relationship with some corrupt people was seen.
