Cheese contains more protein than milk and curd. 100 grams of paneer contains about 20 grams of protein. In such a situation paneer is more beneficial than milk and curd on the basis of protein content.

Which vitamin has more power?

Both milk and yogurt contain good amounts of vitamin A, vitamin B-12 and vitamin D. Therefore, if we talk about the nutritional value of vitamins, both milk and curd are equally beneficial.

Apart from this, if we talk about calories, curd contains more calories than milk. Therefore, consumption of curd can be more beneficial than milk to give quick energy to the body.
