• Paali and Panchapatra: Plates and bowls for various offerings.
• Conch: For blowing.
• Bells: For ringing.
• Agarbatti: Incense sticks.

Important Notes
• Avoid purchasing idols made of fiber, plastic, or pulses.
• The idol should not be seated on animals or birds.
• The idol should not be standing or in a dancing pose.
• While bringing the idol home, cover it and face it towards you.
• Perform prana pratistha (installation of life) with devotion.
• Worship the idol daily with offerings and mantras.
• Daily Ganesh Atharvashirsha, Sankatnashan Ganapati sources, Ganesh sahasranam sources should be recited.
• Also chant the mantra ‘Om Gan Ganpatye Namah’ 108 times.
• Offerings of food like Modak, Ladoo should be made to Ganaraya.
