Raj’s property worth crores seized by ED
ED has seized assets worth Rs 97.79 crore from Raj Kundra. Seizure action has been taken under PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act). ED has seized a flat in Juhu in the name of Shilpa Shetty and a bungalow in Pune and shares in the name of Raj Kundra.

What exactly is the case?
ED investigation has revealed that Raj Kundra received 285 bitcoins from Gain Bitcoin Ponzi scam mastermind and promoter Amit Bharadwaj to set up a Bitcoin mining farm in Ukraine. It is said that these bitcoins are currently worth more than 150 crores.
Raj was caught in the pornography case
Raj Kundra was arrested in July 2021 for pornography. Raj was in jail for almost two months. Bail out in September 2021. In the adult film case, Raj was granted bail by the court on a bond of Rs 50,000. Raj Kundra was accused of producing obscene films using the ‘Hotshots’ app.
