An artist’s spot boy gets Rs 25,000 per day, a security guard for the artist gets Rs 15,000, while a stylist earns up to Rs 1 lakh. Artists also demand vanity vans, food trucks and personal chefs.
Artists demand vanity vans:
A source informed Indianexpress that the makers of the film provide one vanity van to the actors, but some actors are demanding multiple vanity vans. Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn own two vanity vans. So other actors compare with them but these stars have been in the industry for decades and have shown their power at the box office for decades.

The cost per artist
The source added, “The daily cost of a vanity van is Rs 50,000. Also, the vanity has a generator, it has a separate driver, so that’s an expense. Some actors ask for a food truck, which also has a chef. So the producers have to bear that expense as well. A An actor’s daily expenses are around Rs 20-22 lakhs. If a film is shooting for 70 days, an actor spends around Rs 15-20 crores. That’s because all these expenses are behind the scenes.”
There is an increase in the remuneration of artists
The source also said that the salary of the artists has been increasing for the past few days. A few days ago, while talking to Indianexpress, trade analyst Komal Nahta said that Akshay Kumar took around Rs 100 crore for Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan while Tiger Shroff took Rs 35-40 crore. But the film collected 60 crores.
