Indian professionals use AI: Recently, new research on artificial intelligence (AI) has come to the fore. 94 percent of service professionals in India use artificial intelligence (AI) to save time at work, says the research. This conclusion has come out from the survey conducted by the Salesforce company (Salesforce company survey).

The same survey also found that 89 percent of service professionals in organizations using AI saw cost savings from the technology.
“As customer expectations rise, artificial intelligence has many benefits including increased productivity, cost savings and better customer service,” said Arun Kumar Parameswaran, Managing Director (Sales), Salesforce India.
“Artificial Intelligence (AI and Data) and data are the key steps needed to deliver the best customer experience,” he said.
The survey included more than 5,500 service sector professionals from 30 countries. 300 of them were from India.
According to this report, 93 percent of service organizations in India are planning to increase their investment in artificial intelligence (AI use in business) this year. Services using artificial intelligence in India include auto summary and reporting, creating informative articles for consumers.
