Agra Rape Case: Police said that first an objectionable video of the victim was made and then she was blackmailed and gang-raped. She was screaming for help.
Agra Rape Case Detail:
A heart-wrenching case has come to light in Tajganj, Agra. Here, a girl was forced to drink liquor and allegedly gang-raped in a guest house. The victim is an employee in this guest house. After gang-raping, the criminals also made an obscene video of her. Police said that 5 accused including a woman have been arrested in the case.
According to Basai police post in-charge Mohit Sharma, the victim told the police that earlier an objectionable video of her was made and she was blackmailed over it. The officer said that the girl was forcibly asked to drink alcohol. When he refused to drink alcohol, the accused attacked him on the head with a glass bottle. He said that an alleged video of the victim screaming for help has also surfaced.

Police said that this incident happened late Saturday night. He received a call from the victim, after which the policemen reached the guest house and took action against the accused. During police interrogation, the girl alleged that she was gang-raped after making her drink alcohol in the guest house and when she protested, she was beaten.

Assistant Commissioner of Police (Sadar) Archana Singh said that the police have arrested the main accused Jitendra Rathore along with his friends Ravi Rathore, Manish Kumar and Dev Kishore. He told that all the accused are residents of Tajganj police station area. He told that after interrogating the girl, the guest house has been closed. A 25 year old girl is also included among the arrested accused.
Police said that a case has been registered against the accused under relevant sections including section 376 (rape) and section 307 (attempt to murder) of the Indian Penal Code. The police is investigating the matter.
