Uttar Pradesh Digital Media Policy
The Yogi government has now made this new policy. The name of this scheme is Uttar Pradesh Digital Media Policy and the government has stated two objectives behind implementing this policy, the first of which is to provide employment to people through social media and the second is to deliver government advertisements to the general public with the help of social media influencers. So, see, in reality, this can also be a very big employment scheme and through this, the Yogi government is trying to tell the people who are on social media, especially the youth, that now you can also earn money through social media. If any social media influencer of Uttar Pradesh on social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and X, and if they talk about policies of the government and the works for Uttar Pradesh government. Social media influencers will be paid at least ₹2 lakhs to ₹8 lakhs every month by the Uttar Pradesh government.

Four Categories
For this, the government has divided the social media influencers into four categories according to their followers and their subscribers, in which the first category will include those influencers who have the highest number of followers and the government will give a maximum of 5 lakh rupees to such influencers every month, in the second category 4 lakhs every month, in the third category 3 lakhs and in the fourth category a maximum of 2 lakh rupees will be given.
Youtube Category: While content creators and influencers who make short video podcasts and videos on YouTube will get more money, these influencers in the first category on YouTube will get a maximum of 8 lakhs and the second category will get a maximum of 7 lakhs, the third category will get 6 lakhs and the fourth category will get a maximum of 4 lakhs every month. Those who have fewer subscribers than other tubers will get less money, those who have more subscribers will get more money
Things to Do in New Digital Media Policy
and in return all these influencers and tubers will have to do these five things for the government. First of all, they will have to go to the government and get themselves registered. Second, after this, they will have to tell in their videos and social media posts that what are the benefits of which scheme of the UP government, what changes have come from them and how the Yogi government is transforming Uttar Pradesh with its schemes. Third, the government can make a contract with the influencer to make a fixed number of videos and reels every month and all these will be the same videos in which government schemes and government achievements will be told.
