Mumbai – The Election Commission is also implementing technical measures. According to this, the Commission has provided six state-of-the-art apps in the hands of voters and candidates so that voters can register a complaint if there is a violation of the code of conduct and candidates can also go through all the formalities of the process.

cVIGIL
Candidates often use malpractices or violate the code of conduct to win elections. cVIGIL mobile app has been made available so that you can keep a watch on it and register a complaint easily. Based on that, citizens can easily file a complaint with the Election Commission by filming, photographing an incident.
• In this case, the complaint received on the C Vigil app is registered in just 100 minutes and the information is given to the complainant.
• Complainant’s name is kept confidential.
• Immediate action is taken using GPS system to locate the place of code violation.
Voter turnout
The voter turnout app provides data every two hours about the percentage of votes cast during the voting period. State, District and Constituency information is available which makes it easy to analyze. Also, the desired statistics can be filtered through this app.
Voter Helpline App
The aim of this app is to provide services and information to the voters of the country at one place through the Voter Helpline app. Citizens can also stay connected with the Election Commission through this app.

At the same time, the Election Commission has started the helpline 1950 to clear the doubts of the voters.
Suvidha App
Suvidha app is useful for providing various permissions along with nomination to candidates during election period. Accordingly, the candidates can easily apply for the license through this app and know its status without having to visit the election office to obtain the necessary permits for campaigning.

Saksham app
With the help of Saksham app, a disabled voter can get all the facilities sitting at home. Accordingly, the concerned must register the name, address, mobile number, constituency for this service.
